Entry Requirements

Age Requirement

To enrol at Monday College, applicants must be aged between 18 to 35 years at the commencement of their course.

Academic Requirement

Applicants must have successfully completed the equivalent of Australian Year 12 in their home country.

Mature-age applicants (21 years and above) who do not meet the minimum academic qualification may still be considered based on:

  • Relevant work experience aligned with the intended course of study, and
  • Demonstrated ability to meet the course requirements.

Note: For BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, applicants must also demonstrate successful completion of a Diploma-level business course. Please refer to individual course entry requirements for details.

English Language Requirement

International students are required to demonstrate English language proficiency by meeting one of the following criteria:

IELTS Overall band of 6.0 (Academic)

PTE  50 or equivalent

Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Test

All students must demonstrate adequate LLN skills prior to commencing their course. Monday College uses the LLN Robot Platform to assess the required skill levels. The minimum ACSF levels per course are outlined below:

Pre-Training Review

All applicants must complete a Pre-Training Review (PTR) prior to enrolment. The review includes:

  • Evaluation of previous education and training,
  • Assessment of course relevance to career goals,
  • Basic computing skills check,
  • Interview to confirm oral communication abilities and discuss potential Credit Transfer (CT) or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).

PTR ensures applicants have the capacity to successfully complete the chosen course.

Digital Literacy

Students are expected to have:

  • Basic computer literacy, including use of internet, email, and word processing (e.g., Microsoft Word),
  • Access to a personal laptop or computer for self-study and assignments.
Materials and Equipment

While Monday College provides in-class access to laptops and learning resources, students are required to have:

  • A personal laptop or computer for out-of-class work,
  • An active email address and reliable phone contact,
  • Access to Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
