How student needs are systematically monitored and responded to

If student needs are identified, Monday College will create an individual learning plan that will include:

  • Learning goals to be achieved;
  • Contingency plans;
  • Logistics of the learning relationship, e.g., duration;
  • Frequency of meetings and the length of meetings;
  • Locations of meetings;
  • The nature of contacts (i.e., what are they for?);
  • The structure of the learning relationship, e.g., the activities that we will do;
  • How progress will be monitored;
  • The equipment and/or resources that are needed;
  • WHS

All individual learning plans will be monitored by the Student Support Officer with respective trainers/assessors and management.

  • Students will be given adequate time to work on assessments and projects;

Change of Address

Upon your arrival in Australia, it is a mandatory requirement to provide Monday College with the following information:

  • Your residential address in Australia
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number
  • Emergency contact details

Notify Us Within 7 Days

If any of these details change during your stay, you must notify Monday College within 7 days. Keeping your contact details up to date is not just important for communication—it’s a legal requirement under the ESOS Act 2000.

Why it matters:

If you breach your visa conditions (e.g., attendance or academic progress), Monday College is required to send notifications to your last known address. Failing to update your information may mean you miss critical communications about your visa status.

Address Updates Every 6 Months

As per Tuition Protection Service (TPS) guidelines, international students must confirm or update their address at least once every six months.

Keeping your contact details current ensures:

  • You stay informed of important college updates
  • You remain compliant with Department of Home Affairs regulations
  • You avoid unnecessary risks to your student visa

If you need assistance updating your details, please contact Student Services at Monday College.
