The CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) prepares students for leadership roles in the construction industry. Learners will develop advanced project management, planning, and supervisory skills essential for managing residential and commercial construction projects.

Age Requirements
Applicants must be 18 years or above at the commencement of the course.
Academic Requirements
Completion of Year 12 or equivalent, or a Certificate IV in Building and Construction (or related qualification).
English Language Requirements
IELTS (Academic) 5.5 or equivalent (TOEFL IBT 46, PTE Academic 42).
Alternatively, 5 years of study in an English-speaking country.
